Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original packing slip for a full refund to your original payment method.

Print and Pack
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pickup point; please keep your tracking number for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, minus a small return shipping fee.
